Are home prices affected by the amount of rainfall?

Rainiest US CitiesYes, but only about 5% under the National Average. Did you think Seattle was the rainiest city in the US? Actually it is not even in the top 25, Atlanta and NYC have more rainfall than Seattle. However it is the cloudiest city in the US. The Gulf Coast, known for sunshine and its Beaches is one of the rainiest regions in the US.

Yuma, AZ is the driest city in the US. Yakutat, Alaska had the highest average rainfall over the past 30 years, 160.38″ according to FindTheData.
